Carte Blanche is one of the best investigative journalist programs on TV today. Their shows always show the truth and investigate key topics and current events. It was no different this Sunday, when Carte Blanche investigated the the recruitment process at Eskom, showing how the "brain drain" has taken it's toll and how many expats from  overseas have been brought into Eskom.
